    Here! Here!  I agree wholeheartedly.  I  did not mean to sound like a 
nipple shield advertisement--just trying to  point out that there are warranted 
uses for them.  I am also aware of the  problems associated with people just 
using these shields  inappropriately.  I do not warrant nipple shields being 
passed out like  candy, but it is just as inappropriate for us to forbid using  
them.
