I've posted this before, but I'll modify the subject here so maybe it
will be easier to locate in the archives.

Milk can easily be donated to adoptive moms by posting at an adoptive
nursing discussion board, say at parentsplace.com  The recipient should
call FedEx and set up an account, and then the donor can just pack the
milk in a cooler with dry ice and drop it off.  My recipient used an
online service to send me $20 for packaging, and then she had the milk
the next day.  No out of pocket cost to me, and the amazing feeling of
providing liquid gold for a precious baby. . .
