Barb,
This baby is at risk for SIDS, respiratory infections, asthma and ear
infections due to the smoke in the house.  I think it would be a healthy
thing for this baby to be breastfed.  The child probably will have health
problems due to the smoke, but far fewer than is he/she were fed ABM.
