A good way to sleep is to take the baby into bed and sleep. No need to give
bottles of formula at night. But if this is not practical (why not?), then
why give formula? Why not give the better stuff, the expression of which
might increase her supply again. Don't forget blessed thistle and
fenugreek.

I'd like to see double blind, randomly controlled studies that show that 8
hours interrupted sleep result in better epilepsy control than 8 hours with
3 breaks.
