If dad wants long visits with a 3 month old baby, how about if he watches
the baby while mom works.  Dad would get about 40 to 50 hours per week with
the baby, and baby would get a father.  An overnight stay would get him only
24 hours a week, two would get him 48 hours, caring for his child seems like
a reasonable solution to me....
