My appologies, wasn't thinking about our members who are not from a
medical background.  In a previous post, I mentioned a microadenoma as
of possible cause of painful MER.  A microadenoma is a small (<10mm
diameter)tumor of the pituitary gland which causes prolactin
hypersecretion.  Symptoms are: abnormal menstruation,infertility,
galactorrhea(too much milk), decreased libido, and vaginal dryness.
Parlodel is commonly used as treatment.
