Couldn't this mom wear baby in a sling (likely put there by someone else) 
with baby on her back and then when baby needs to nurse, mom uses her teeth to 
pull the top of the sling closer to her body which would flip baby to her side 
for nursing.  Baby would need to be worn low enough to be slightly below breast 
level or at breast level depending on mom's anatomy.

I once had mom with a lesser disability of only one arm non-functioning who 
found the sling for nursing on her affected side to be very helpful.
