This could run and run.....

That the fluid from the breast is magical, and endowed with all sorts
of wonderful nurturing powers....and at the same time, is revolting,
disgusting, on a par with other body fluids we take care to avoid
coming into contact.

That it is ok to welcome the insertion of one body part belonging to
another person *into* the appropriate body part of another person in
order to make a third person....but that it is not a good thing for a
different  body part of the second person to be inserted into the
appropriate body part of this third person in order to nourish him or
her.

If you take my meaning!
