A few years ago, I wrote & offered on Lactnet an excel program that can
calculate weight loss.  It is a two page spread sheet in Microsoft Excel.  

On one page, you can put in a starting weight and a percentage loss and
print out a sheet to carry.  It prints on a single 8½" x 11" sheet that you
can fold and carry and re-print as often as you would like.

On the second sheet there is a weight loss calculator.  You can enter two
dates and two weights (in pounds & ounces) and it will calculate the
difference between the two.  It gives a percent change, absolute change in
pounds/ounces as well as ounces only and the ounces per day change.    There
is another section on that sheet where you can enter a weight in either
grams or pounds & ounces and get an exact conversion.  

To use the conversion section of the second sheet, you will need to go to
the "Tools" menu and then "Add Ins" and add in the extra calculation
abilities in your program.

If anyone wants one, let me know at [log in to unmask] and I will send
you one.  It is likely to be sent after conference however since I am not
sure how effective the internet connection will be there.  Anyone who has a
flash drive and wants a copy, I will try to bring it to ILCA & I'll give you
a copy.
