I've heard from a number of mothers of twins or more who found swaddling using this blanket or something similar who found it very helpful for certain times or certain of their babies -- not always both or all multiples in the same set. This product may not be for all, but it may be helpful for some or helpful at some times...

It helps baby come to the center of its body, and for some babies, that helps them destim.
