but meanwhile I just wanted to clarify the following point.

We were discussing the idea of taking expressed mother's milk, letting
it settle out so the cream rises, and removing the cream portion in
order to feed the baby a higher fat product.    This is the situation
where he said immunologic factors would remain behind in the skim
portion of the milk.   Hind milk pumped into a separate container was
not what we were discussing.
