Laurie, I always learn from your posts. The "to discouraged" posts on
Saturday was one of the most practical examples I've ever seen of how to
effect change.

It's so hard to not get caught in what feels like (and is) the hierarchical
messes our hospitals sometimes become. We need to come from an internal
position of strength and confidence in who we are and what we know, and
have those interpersonal skills to figure out how to approach our
colleagues (?) about how to get better results for mom and baby. Thank you,
thank you!!
