Hi Lactnet!  I've missed you while I've been nomail, but I must say one can
do a lot of other stuff in the time one isn't reading about lactation :/

Right now I would like to hear from LCs who could make a housecall on Corsa
Avenue in the Bronx.  I have a highly-motivated, first-time, African-American
mom, 27 years old, 6 days pp, for whom I've been doing telephone support --
she had a lot of abx in the hospital for an infection and now has a little
boy peeing and stooling up a storm but also pink, cracked, flaking nipples
which she attributed to poor latch -- and I can't vouch for her latch over
the telephone of course -- but I'm putting my nickel on yeast.   I described
Jack's GV plan, which she is likely to try today, but she'd still like
somebody to take a look especially at latch.
