HIV is no respector of social factors! But more than HIV, I'm concerned
about Hepatitis, TB, and the dozens of other possibilities that we use
Universal precautions against. I use gloves for all contact with baby, milk,
mom's breasts, or pumping parts. I'm always careful to explain that its more
for the protection of the mother-baby dyad, but I'm protecting myself too!!!
