I did an archive search and came up with some good info on products like Metabolife, but it has still left me wondering what answers to give one of my clients. Her son is about 18 months old and nurses about 4 times or so a day. She has about 10 pounds that she is trying to shed but isn't ready to wean. She eats fairly well, not a lot of junk, watches her diet. She approached me about Metabolife and I told her what was in the archives about it. Any suggestions that you all give moms that are bent on dieting while nursing? Other than the standard eat right, exercise routine? I come across this question a lot and I see their eyes glaze over when I tell them that exercise is the only true way to weight loss and maintenance. Here we are again in a discussion about a generation of women/people who want everything NOW, and want an easy quick fix.

Any suggestions?

Melisa
