Calcium for brain development? Hello, is anyone home? This makes no sense.
In fact, if the baby gets too much calcium compared to the amount of
phosphorus, he could actually have convulsions. This was a problem when
babies were getting straight cow's milk instead of human milk, and one of
the "advances" (read "corrections") made with infant formulas.
