Shall I get to say it before Jack does?  I suspect that the flakiness is
really caused by a a mineral deficiency on the part of the doctor.  Actually,
flaking of the nails is most likely caused by the sun coming up in the west
and setting in the east, at least as far as breastfeeding is concerned.  My
nails get flaky too -- and I haven't breastfed for 11 years now.

On the other hand, there are times when my brain is flaky.  Does one suppose
that is also due to breastfeeding?  In that case, it's permanent damage.
