That seems to me to be a red flag, right there. Something tells me this
consult may be wiser to address the father's feelings first, before
launching into the other things that have been suggested.

If you can talk over privately with the wife before the consult a little
bit about any differences in social life, time alone together, and the
sexual aspects of the breasts "before baby" with "after baby", you might
have a better grasp on the situation.

Perhaps this is something better suited to marital counseling than
strictly lactation counseling. Something like a "reverse Oedipus
complex", maybe?

Sounds like a situation one would be cautious about touching with a 10
foot pole.
