Karen,
My sister had this issue and was not ever able to get a full supply.
However, I am not sure how much she really tried either...
So much for my sample of one.

Subject: retained placenta

Has anyone actually worked with a woman with low milk supply due to a =
retained placenta? I would like to know how long it took to regain =
supply after the D & C? I can't find anything in archives. Third baby, =
day 10, never felt milk come in, D & C done. Mom had been nursing and =
started small amount of supplement 2 days before D & C. Karen Graham
