My best friend had her baby by emergency c-section tonight at 30 weeks.  He
weighs approx. 4 lbs.  She had pre-eclampsia.  I need to know what she needs
to be doing to get breastfeeding established in this difficult situation.
And, I would like to send an LC over to her if that is necessary or helpful.
  Please let me know your thoughts.
