Purely anecdotal here..

I have one coworker and 2 moms in my mommy support group who have all treated
their children's ear infections, diaper rash and 'Pink Eye' (conjunctivitis)
with their own milk with no adverse effects and (at least in the case of ears
and eyes) seemingly complete cures.

With all the antibodies in breast milk I cant see why it wouldn't work or at
least help.
