I have it in pdf format, and can transmit it (zipped with the copyright info)
if anyone can't get it from their web site:

6/30, since the July issue will be posted 7/1.

I'd like to print it out to circulate, but the repro rights are PER PAGE,  and
a little too steep for me to make a bunch of copies.  (I don't Kathleen would
want me to say how much they're asking here, but I'll be glad to tell anyone
who emails me privately.)
