Hi all.
During engorgement I often see mothers whose tissue is so tight that no milk
can get out with ordinary expression. I use a combination of some manual
expression where you are really compressing the sinus area and then pump. I
would also use a Medela Classic pump in this case. I know Medela says the
power is the same, but I have seen the Lactina not getting out a drop and
then the Classic working beautifully.
