 When there has been a Candida issue, I've had some good luck with Calendula tincture - about 10 drops in 1/2 cup distilled water - on nipples about 4 times per day for entire time baby is treated orally.  I've also seen it work well with vaginal yeast. My .02 for what it's worth..
