Is this a case of "if it's not broke, don't fix it"?  I'd watch the babies.
 I'm sure that we've all known at least one mom who used shields for a
LLOONNGG time and then one day the shield was missing and voila! baby
latched on anyway.  With such impressive weight gains and no problems with
psoriasis I'd leave well enough alone and watch the babies.  Sincerely, Pat
