Hi all,
 
 My new nephew has popped up with low carnitine on his newborn blood  tests. 
He was early and small, with low blood sugar. I'm finding all kinds of  stuff 
on breastfeeding with PKU, but nothing really on other metabolic  disorders. 
Doctors are talking about "a diet with carnitine" and I'm not  entirely sure 
what that means. Anyone know anything about BF with metabolic  disorders not PKU?
