I have checked the archives as well as Hale's 2004 book.

What is the highest dose of methadone that can be taken "safely" with
breastfeeding.  There is a mother do in April that is on 140mg./day
according to one of our neonatologist.

Different mom: is effexor OK to use with breastfeeding.  The baby is 3
weeks old.  This is the medication that the OB thinks will be the best
choice.
