In a message dated 98-07-30 21:30:55 EDT, Paula writes to Cyndi:

<< A new nurse was just the
person to get my hospital "shook up". She arrived with freakish ideas
about breastfeeding and nurses were threatening to write her up for
cup/syringe feeding.....she stood firm, despite everything. I learned so
much from her..... Things WILL change! My hospital is proof of that. You
are your
hospital's "Kalani". >>

It reminds me of one of my favorite quotes (I forgot from whom): all truth
goes through three stages, first it is ridiculed, then it is violently
opposed, and finally it is accepted as self-evident.

Hang in there Kalani, oops, I mean Cyndi ;-)
