MUNCIE -- Giving birth is holy to Yong-Woo Shin and Soo-Young Kim.
The couple recently went through an all-natural birth with a nurse midwife at Ball Memorial Hospital.

"We were all here together and it was a good experience," Shin said of the birth of their first child, Daniel, as Kim's mother sat beside the newborn's crib in their private room at BMH.

Creating a positive birthing experience for families and encouraging new moms to breastfeed their babies are on BMH's agenda as it moves toward obtaining Baby Friendly accreditation by 2007.
