Barbara,

What a terrible time for you and those moms and babies.  Don't the tough
ones always seem to come in a bunch?  I wonder why that is?  We all know the
good work you are doing and appreciate that.  Hang in there.  You are making
a difference even though II know it seems like one step forward and two
steps back sometimes.
