Hi all,
Does anybody have citations regarding the immunological benefits of skin-to-skin holding, esp. for the baby in a NICU?  I have been talking to moms and dads abt this for years, based on the entero-mammary pathway for antibody production.  However I recently started working in a level III NICU, and need some references that are specific to this population if possible.
