Dear Rob
Forget moving around the US!! Come to Australia. We welcome
breastfeeding friendly docs with open arms, and we really need more
of them here. The weather is warm, the beaches uncrowded and
clean(ish), the forests delightful, and food (and wine) terrific.
Your wife would love it.  Even in winter we don't go much lower than
60 degrees F most daytimes.

Thinking I should change jobs and become a travel agent!!
