Several of you have written lately about going on vacation and taking your
laptop along.  Be warned, there are "bad guys" who hang around the x-ray
machines at airports.  They have computer cases that are weighted to feel
like there is  computer inside.   When the unsuspecting traveler puts their
computer throught the x-ray conveyer belt, the "bad guys" put theirs through
too and then they pick up the case with the computer in it and the person
who thinks they are picking up their computer ends up with nothing more that
an weighted case.  Aside from being really observant, I don't know how else
you can keep this from happening.  Just be careful I guess.  Good luck to
