To Janet and all,
I just talked to a veteran mom the other day who had a great solution to
her chronic plugged duct problem.  She uses warm moist packs in combination
with a small vibrator on the plug.  She says that this usually loosens the
plug very nicely and the baby can easily nurse it out.  She says that even
though she had several cases of mastitis with previous babies (she has 6 kids)
that she hasn't had any this time and her baby is now over a year old.
