I think that the answer to those who think LLL is a bunch of fanatics
might be this.

We all have experienced times when we meshed well with our health care
providers, and times when we don't.  If we have one bad experience with
a doctor, or a nurse, etc, we don't say "I'm NEVER going to the doctor
again, I'm swearing offf all traditional medical care." Just as with
that, LLL has some people who we will have better rapport with than
others, but do we need to swear off the entire organization? No.  We get
into big problems when we paint with a big broad brush.
