Rob and all,

It isn't clear from the web site how to set yourself to nomail.  The easiest
way to do it is via email.  Use the listserv address
([log in to unmask]) and use the command "set lactnet nomail"
(without the quotes).  That's it.  The computer should send you confirmation
of the update in your settings.
