The article on bf and intelligence included this statement:

"A limitation of this study is that mothers with higher intelligence choose
to breastfeed – therefore, their babies may simply inherit the genes for
intelligence."

We could Wiessingerize this to: "A limitation of this study is that mothers
with lower intelligence choose to formula-feed -- therefore, their babies
may simply inherit the genes for stupidity."  OUCH!  ;)

I'll take a 5% raise, a 5% drop in my cholesterol level, a 5% increase in my
chances of surviving breast cancer.  I'd even take .5% change in any of
those.
