Fluocinonide is a topical corticosteroid, which applied topically, would 
produce minimal or insignificant amounts of the drug in breast milk.  Oral 
corticosteroids, which would produce higher, although minimal levels of drug 
in breast milk, are also considered generally safe for use while 
breastfeeding.
