 Wow wheen it rains it pours. I have another mom with low milk supply and slow
gaining baby. She was taking the oral contraceptive Allesse or Alesse.(she
wasn't sure of the spelling and I don't dabble in BCP) I have read that BCP's
containing estrogen can lower milk supply in some women. What I would like to
know is, is this irreversible or can a mom build up her supply using all the
standard techniques after discontinuing their use? What about switching to a
progestin only pill? Thanks for all the help.
