Could these headaches be progesterone related?  Some women get splitting
migraines right before their menstrual period.  About three years ago the
NEJM had an article on the lack of research on migraines and it mentioned
the possibility of the fluctuating estrogen and progesterone levels being
responsible.  It's just a thought.
