The risk of ibuprofen causing gi bleeding in a breastfeeding baby getting it
through the milk is pretty small, almost non existent, because almost none
would get into the milk.  With a short half life and a very high protein
binding, the amount getting into the milk will be minimal, and very unlikely
to cause any problem for the baby.

So is this physician an "expert in pharmacology"?
