In reply to Leslie's question, you will find that lovely article in the
March 1994 issue of JHL. Yes, I agree, a 10 cc syringe is sometimes too
small. Try a 20 cc syringe for moms with larger nipples (remember, the
article was written by physicians from India, and Indian women tend to be
tiny compared to the "average" US citizen. I suspect their nipples might
also be smaller in many cases (though probably not all)> I've some really
big suckers on somre really tiny statured women! :-)
