Re Patel and Shaikhstudy in Indiam Pediatrics -March 17, 2007.  Although we 
all try to feed breastmilk as early as we can, premies are not all alike.  
Their population is VERY different from the average NICU in the USA.  In this 
study, the average gestational age was 32-33 weeks and birth weight 1400 g, 
therefore many IUGR/SGA infants - who always do better!  They are not talking about 
24-26 week infants on HIFI vent, dopamine, etc.
