Are you asking about using RNC instead of RLC?  I think they are two
different identifiers.  If you are a RN, then that is separate from your
IBCLC.  I also have my certification in inpatient obstetrics from NCC.  That
identifies a different skill set or knowledge base than the IBCLC.  I use
both sets of initials, but the IBCLC is much more meaningful in my humble
opinion.
