Nifedipine (long acting) (also non herbal), 30 mg once daily will usually
relieve these symptoms of Raynaud's phenomenon. She may also get this
during breastfeeding. Main side effect of long acting nifedipine is
headache, but will disappear rapidly on lowering dose (30 mg every two days,
which is not as effective for the blanching).
