I am a bit behind with posts
you ask:

> Karen, did your search reveal where the 1958 single study was done?

Yes pat, you make some very important points. I couldn't agree more :-)

As a sideline:
I work with a large no. of Asian clientele, and I do note anecdotally, how
so often I find their bedrooms dark, curtains drawn etc and wonder how much
this plays a role in the increased jaundice noted in Asian babies.
I feel like I am forever saying "open the curtains and let the light in"!!
LOL
Has anyone else made this observation?
