I have a question from a Jewish client about fasting, she said her Rabbi's
wife told her is safe and to fast 25 hours, not even water is allowed! She
said she tried last year and passed out cold! I told her to follow her
heart, but to also listen to her body and if she does fast to minimise her
activities.
