Someone asked if anyone had experience using the Foley. I am a private
practice LC in New York City and I carry the Foley with me as an alternative
feeding method.  Many parents like it, and get the hang of it right away;
others don't.  As with any cup, going slow is necessary; the Foley lets the
baby take a tiny sip from the "apron" of the cup.  A channel allows milk to
flow up to the apron. It is very small, so there is little temptation to
pour.

It also has a smiley face on the front.
