Regarding U/S:
    About a month ago a new mother who also happens to be a physical
therapist called our office to tell me U/S is a very effective treatment
for plugged ducts.  She said a Dr.'s order was necessary. I think she
said to leave it on for 10-30 minutes.  I asked her if she wouldn't mind
a question from me about plantar fascitis, and she gave me some good
tips!
