Hello all,

For some reason I missed saving the recent posts about Prozac and now have a
pregnant mother who is on it and whose drs. are telling her she absolutely
cannot breastfeed if she stays on after the baby is born. Could someone
e-mail me with the approx. dates this was discussed on Lactnet? Or, if
anyone has anything new on the subject, please do share. TIA!

I also have a mom whose nipples are wedged-shaped when the baby finishes
feeding. They are kind of flat and triangular-shaped across the tips. They
quickly revert back into their normal shape. She has been quite sore and
we've been working on good latch-on and they are better, but still totally
wedge-shaped when he lets go. His tongue is in the correct position while
feeding and his palate seems normal to me. Any ideas???? Again, thanks....
